Terms of Use
These terms explain how this website and our enquiry service work. By using the website you agree to them. Last updated 12 October 2026.
About these terms
Tripstor plans personalised holidays for travellers in India. These terms cover your use of tripstor.in and the enquiry and planning service it offers. If you go on to book a holiday, the written proposal or booking confirmation we send you adds terms specific to that trip.
How the website works
This website is for discovering holidays and sending us an enquiry. You cannot buy a holiday or pay on it, and there is no online cart. A holiday is arranged only after we have sent you a written itinerary and price, and you have confirmed it with us.
Itineraries, prices and availability
- Itineraries and prices on this website are examples to help you plan. They are not offers and may change.
- Hotels, flights, transfers, experiences and fares depend on availability and on the dates you travel.
- The price that applies to you is the one in your written quote, which tells you what is included and what is not.
- We take care to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors.
Bookings and payments
When you decide to go ahead, we confirm the booking in writing and explain how and when payment is due. Payment details are shared directly with you, never collected through this website. Please check any payment request against your written confirmation before you pay.
Changes and cancellations
The rules for changing or cancelling a trip depend on the hotels, airlines and partners involved. They are set out in your written proposal and confirmation before you commit. We will always tell you what applies, and help you through any change.
Travel partners
Your holiday is delivered by hotels, transport operators and local partners. We choose them with care and stay responsible for coordinating your trip, but each partner provides its own services under its own conditions.
Documents, visas and health
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, the visas and permits your trip needs, and any travel insurance or health requirements. We share guidance and help you organise documents, but entry decisions are made by the authorities of each country. Visa and entry rules change, so check them close to departure.
Using the website
- Give accurate details when you send an enquiry.
- Do not misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or copy it at scale.
- The text, design and images on this website belong to Tripstor or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but not republish them commercially without our written consent.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for planning and coordinating your holiday with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, closures, government action or the acts of third parties, and we do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law. In all cases our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking it through is subject to the courts of India.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions about them are welcome at hello@tripstor.com.
